If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.


Return & Refund Policy

At Fit Protein, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While we strive for perfection, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll cover the return costs and immediately arrange a replacement.

However, if you wish to return a product without any fault on our part, a return fee of AED 30 will apply to cover logistics and handling.


1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

  • Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For apparel and accessories, items must be unworn and include original tags/packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Our return process is quick and simple:

  1. Contact our support team at support@fhbnutrition.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include photos of the product in all cases.

  3. Our team will guide you through the steps and arrange pickup from your address.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.


3. Refund Guidelines

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchases are refunded as store credit only, valid for future orders.*

    • *Future orders may incur standard COD and shipping fees.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, but VAT will be refunded.

  • Store credit is issued within 24 hours after item approval.

  • Card refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.

  • PayPal users may incur refund fees as per PayPal policy.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened supplements or used nutrition products

  • Swimwear, undergarments, socks, gloves, and mouth guards

  • Sealed products once opened

  • Wearable tech, towels, or personal care accessories


Important Notes

  • All returns must include original packaging, tags, accessories, and any promotional items.

  • Products returned in a used or altered condition will not be accepted.

  • Returns will only be accepted via our designated courier partners. Customers are not permitted to arrange their own shipping.
